The re-elected president of the National Association of Air Traffic Engineers (NAAE), Engineer Selzing Miri has declared his readiness to work with the management of the Nigerian Airspace Management Agency (NAMA) for a better relationship and conducive environment
In his acceptance speech after being sworn in for second term, Miri said he will among others ensure that training and retraining of engineers in NAMA, provision of working tools, facilities upgrade of systems and funding will be paramount.
According to Miri, with conducive environment, resources and good working relationship with the management, engineers will work beyond expectations adding, that there were a lot of engineers that were hard working but remained limited in terms of performance as a result of non exposure to trainings and lack of facilities
The NAAE boss who described his first tenure as a learning process, promised to consolidate on the experience garnered to provide better leadership this time.Â
Miri thanked all those who made it possible for his second term victory and promised never to let them down.Â
Others elected include, Salisu Tajudeen Deputy President, Udokwu Davies Tochukwu, Vice President Abuja Zone,Abdullahi Nurudeen Vice President Kano Zone.
